Two weeks ago, Byrne has contacted to Sony to tell us about his situation. Soon after, Alex Nawabi, an employee of the company, contacted with this player. Nawabi said it would solve this problem individually not Sony. Some days later, Peter Byrne has received a mail and a handle for him.
