Wacom Bamboo Spark digital notebook available in India at the price of Rs 10,975

Wacom - a Japanese graphics solution provider has released its Bamboo Spark digital notebook aiming to designers

Bamboo Spark's pen utilizes the company's EMR technology, allowing traditional ink on paper to be instantly digitized. Ink refills are available on the Wacom estore, and have a lifespan of up to three months. The Bamboo Spark digital notebook  use a  smart ballpoint pen to write or sketch on a paper and then save it digitally on Wacom's own free cloud storage service.

The Wacom’s newest product is the combination between the familiarity of a traditional pen and paper with the convenience of digital storage. It lets users to write and sketch with Bamboo Spark's traditional ink pen on most A5 size paper sheets. Users can easily save each Bamboo Spark’s stroke by pushing the  button at the centre of the device.

Users have to install the Bamboo Spark app on an iOS or Android device to get started with it. Then  pair the digital notebook via Bluetooth with the app and start sketching. The notes or sketches can be edited later via the Bamboo Spark app. They can also be exported to Bamboo Paper, Evernote or Dropbox. The free Wacom cloud storage account provides users access to their saved content across all devices.
